On September 25-26, 2021 the forum “Business Law – 2021” was held in Sochi.
Takhmina Arabova, PhD, partner of the Bartolius Law Office, participated in the forum and made a report.
Her speech was devoted to the trends in the development of the commercial (arbitrazh) litigation, including the return of institutions that once disappeared from the Arbitrazh Procedure Code, such as: rejection of the claim, special court ruling, and judge’s consideration of his own recusal. As a separate trend, the speaker noted the strengthening of the state’s presence in the litigation.
In addition, the issues of the use of electronic evidence and electronic interaction with the court were raised.
