The combination of solid scientific base and extensive experience in litigation allows us to specialize in complex and unique cases, including those where it is necessary to apply new legislation, and the case law has not yet been formed.
As of today, Bartolius brings together about sixty people, including seven PhDs in Law. Our employees are actively involved in teaching, law studies, they conduct expert work in the field of legislation and case law analysis. In addition, our employees actively comment on current changes in legislation, assist in draftings of the procedural codes and take part in the most significant events of the legal community in Russia and abroad.
